Terms and conditions


1. Cancellations

Any cancellations made more than six weeks prior the event will receive a refund for their ticket  minus 50%. Any cancellations made after this time period will be non-refundable. We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen so if you find you are unable to make it, please give us as much notice as possible so we can notify our waiting list. If we find a suitable replacement within that time, you will then be given a 50% refund although we cannot guarantee this.


  1. Workshop Fee Payments
    All Workshop Leaders’ will be paid after the Festival for their fee. The cost of the materials will be paid when we have received the receipts.

  2.  Public Liability Insurance
    You are responsible for your own insurance of your work and public liability. We recommend looking into a-n. Insurance - a-n The Artists Information Company or Axisweb who provide public liability insurance for £2.50 a month.

  3. Event Cancellation
    If the event is canceled you will receive your fee but we cannot be held liable for any additional expenses incurred from marketing i.e. published adverts and social media campaigns.

PAT Tested equipment

All electrical items including extension leads and lighting must be PAT tested.
