WHAT IS FLOW STATE?
You might also know this as, ‘being in the zone’, or a ‘meditative state’. Basically flow involves an intense focus, complete immersion in a task, and a feeling of timelessness. By embracing this state, through perhaps drawing, pottery or breathwork (to name but a few) you can yield substantial benefits for both you and those around you, by making you feel generally more positive, joyful, satisfied, resilient and more engaged with life. As if that wasn’t enough, it is also proven to reduce stress and the chances of burnout.

WHO WE ARE
BETH AND CHERRY
Cherry and Beth are a passionate duo, deeply committed to bringing the benefits of flow state to the local community. After meeting in early 2023, they realised their shared interest in setting up a creative festival, with the added unique element of wellbeing sessions too.
Flow can be found in so many ways, from painting, pottery to more body focused activities like yoga or breathwork. Beth and Cherry wanted to bring as many of these experiences as possible together under one roof, acting as a one stop flow shop!
Cherry is a Creative Industries Coach & Facilitator, guiding individuals to reconnect with their own flow through 1:2:1 sessions, group coaching, and workshops at www.thebrainspa.co.uk. As an avid potter, Cherry has experienced firsthand how flow can bring relief from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and she’s dedicated to sharing these transformative benefits with others.
Beth, a skilled professional jeweller, founded www.rose-honey.co.uk three years ago, offering popular jewellery carving workshops. Her workshops are designed to create a calm, meditative environment where participants can craft their own unique piece of silver jewellery using the lost wax carving and casting process. Beth’s vision is to provide a platform for craftspeople who are passionate about inspiring creativity through teaching.
Together, Cherry and Beth are excited to share their love of flow with the community, helping people unlock their creative potential and experience the sense of peace and purpose that flow can bring.
